As I am talking to you, I am chewing my first fruit dinner.
So far I got in four small bananas, it was yum and easier to eat than what I thought.
Then I moved on to a pear. After the first one I started feeling full, kinda very full.
Now I am chomping my pear # 2 and it is a bit hard, I need water to wash my fruit down. I planned to have two apples on top of the pears but won’t make it it.
I got so restricted that the taste of the sugar from the fruits is making me feel guilty and bad about eating. Yes, you know,
we have to eat less, less, less, food is too rich, carbs and fat are baaaaaaaaaaadddd for you, eat meat only….
I feel huge and full and like eating anything else is going to make me explode.
Just a question : how many calories ?
* 4 small bananas : 60 X 4 = 240 calories.
* 2 pears : 80 X 2 = 160 calories.
So far my dinner reaches 400 calories.
If I ever get the last two apples in that would be : 2 X 65 = 130 calories.
That would be 530 calories.
Does it feel like I have been eating 400 calories ?
No, it feels like I binged on chocolate, bread, hamburgers, cheese and all the food I use to binge on = it feels full and like I overate.
But I didn’t.
I ate fruits. So tomorrow when I hop on the elliptical trainer or get a run, I’ll feel lite and good.
