Hello fit World !
I got touched by the Angels and read an awesome blog that just… enlightened me !
This treasure is called : I Train therefore I eat.
This is genius !
I read this title again an again and suddenly it appeared to me.
Fat thinking = I eat and eat and eat and then I try to train but I am heavy and struggling. I eat more than I train.
Fit thinking = I eat to fuel the training. I train hard each day then I eat to restore the energy in my body.
If you are game, just give it a try : do some research, get to know your body and pick up the best food for you aka the one you are not allergic to, the one you digest the best and the one that is giving you the best power boost.
Eat that food and train or train then eat that food.
Notice how you feel, how your body feels during the training, how much you achieve and your level of happiness and satisfaction.
Now pick up the naughtiest fattest, richer, heavier foo you can think of, the one that takes you days to digest and gives you heartburn.
Eat it, train, as hard as with the healthy food and notice how you feel, think, how easy or hard it is to train, how much you achieve, how you feel about yourself.

Thank you ! Your comment made my day !
Hey great stuff, thank you for sharing this useful information and I will let know my friends as well.
Today was quite the day for me. It was the Salt Lake Marathon and Half Marathon today, I did the full today. This was my second marathon, though I didn’t train as well as I should of but I still did pretty well. My first marathon was the Ogden 2 years ago, it was awesome. I did a really good job then so I wanted to get around the same time, unfortunately I did not quite get the same time. I did the marathon in 4 hours. Not bad. During the marathon it was a little drizzly but it wasn’t too bad. The temperature was perfect as well. The route was great, I really enjoyed it. At about mile 13 or so I noticed my foot was bleeding, it was really irritating, I had to keep stopping to adjust it so it wouldn’t bug me. So I eventually just took my shoes off and ran several miles barefoot. It was quite an awesome experience. Though I am used to running in the Vibram Five Fingers, which I had been running in, it’s a little different to run barefoot. I though it was pretty cool, and a little hardcore.
.. It was a great day, and I feel great. After the marathon I rode the trax home and walked from the U home. I was not happy about happy about it, but to be honest I think it was a lot better for me. After getting home I hurried to shower, hop on my bike and ride to work. I didn’t get much time to eat anything or relax. I was not too happy about how busy the day was turning out. I was not happy about having to work today, BUT it’s all turned out great. My legs are feeling SO great!!! I was able to work my full shirt with out having too much of a problem, my feet a tender and sore but everything else feels pretty awesome.
